Cooperation Model:
We seek to collaborate with innovative and competitive manufacturers for joint ventures. Products with Australian Standard (AS) certification are given priority for entry. For those without AS certification, we will assist in obtaining the certification.
- Display Area and Decoration: Manufacturers can determine the display area and decoration scheme based on their product needs.
- Monthly Rent: 168 RMB per square meter (includes property management fees, utilities, cleaning, garbage disposal, WIFI network, and fire protection costs).
- Decoration Options: Exhibition hall decoration can be arranged by the manufacturer or designed by our company.
- Sales Management: Manufacturers can self-manage by hiring their own staff or delegate sales to Xiangshan Group. Manufacturers retain pricing rights and profits are shared based on a profit-sharing ratio.
Services:
- Order Management: Xiangshan Group will place orders directly with domestic manufacturers, with an initial deposit of 10-30% upon ordering, and full payment before shipment or bill of lading.
- After-Sales Service: Manufacturers will cooperate with Xiangshan Group to provide after-sales service in the Australian market.
- Accounting Services: Xiangshan Group’s AustKing Accounting Firm will manage local sales accounts for businesses, providing optimal tax planning within regulatory compliance.
- Legal Assistance: Xiangshan Group’s Gaorui Law Firm will assist with visa applications, children's education, immigration, and other related services.
- Remote Monitoring: The NO.1 King exhibition hall is equipped with remote infrared monitoring, allowing businesses to remotely oversee and manage sales and operations from home.
